Temporary Executive Assistant & Office Manager Location: Near Liverpool Street Station Hours: 9:30am – 5:30pm Rate: £32 per hour + holiday pay Initially 2 months, with the potential to extend Working Pattern: Ideally 5 days per week, although 4 days will be considered Are you an experienced Executive Assistant looking for your next opportunity within a professional, collaborative environment? My client, a global insurance and risk solutions business, is looking for an experienced EA to provide high-level support to a number of senior executives during a period of absence. They're looking for someone who can quickly build relationships, hit the ground running and become a trusted member of the team. This is a varied position combining Executive Assistant and Office Management responsibilities. You'll support five senior leaders, including the UK CEO, CFO, Chief Claims Officer and Group Head of HR, while also helping to ensure the office runs smoothly. The role will involve: • Complex diary and inbox management • Coordinating meetings across multiple time zones • Booking international travel and preparing itineraries • Processing expenses • Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders • Acting as the main point of contact for office and facilities management • Coordinating office supplies, meetings and events • Booking travel for the wider team where required • Providing ad hoc support to ensure the office runs efficiently We're looking for someone who: • Has previous experience supporting C-suite or senior executives • Is proactive, highly organised and able to hit the ground running • Is a confident communicator who builds relationships quickly • Has excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills • Is happy working independently and taking ownership • Ideally has experience within Financial Services, Insurance or another regulated environment, although this isn't essential The team has a genuinely friendly, supportive and collaborative culture.
