We are seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager to join our dedicated team in Steel team. Job Responsibilities: • Requires strong experience with Structural Steel Detailing & Designing work • Serve as a key contributor during the strategic planning phase of upcoming packages & projects, providing insights and support to ensure successful project execution • Assist the Project Manager with the daily coordination and management of projects and staff to ensure quality standards, client expectations, and project schedules are consistently met • Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates directly to the Project Manager • Identify and resolve project-related issues while recommending process improvements to enhance overall project performance • Organize, maintain, and manage all current project documentation and records in an accurate and efficient manner • Enter, update, and maintain information within digital project databases and management systems • Support the coordination and oversight of projects from initial planning through final completion • Prepare, track, and manage Requests for Information (RFIs) and design change summaries throughout the project lifecycle • Should be able to manage the project independently in PM's absence Qualifications: • Under Grad: B. Tech/B.E. - Civil, Mechanical • Diploma: Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization, PG Diploma - Any Specialization, Civil, Mechanical • 7+ Years of experience in the Steel Detailing industry willing to consider candidates who can demonstrate significant experience in a related field • Advanced level of knowledge of Tekla Structures • Must have strong knowledge of AISC & CISC Standards • Considerable proficiency and experience in working on US commercial Projects • Experience in structural and miscellaneous steel construction, fabrication, and the ability to read drawings • Proven project management and coordination skills • Self-motivated and ability to complete multiple tasks with minimal guidance • Deadline-driven with attention to detail • Must have 5+ years’ experience in AISC / CISC Projects • Must have good communication skills.
