What will you do? • Install, service, repair, and maintain BMS systems and related building equipment. • Support the design and execution of service, maintenance, and retrofit projects. • Carry out site surveys and dilapidation reports as part of project and service delivery. • Inspect BMS-controlled equipment and recommend upgrades or replacements where needed. • Test and commission systems and support 3rd party integration activities. • Build programming logics and graphics for digital solutions. • Respond to service needs, diagnose faults, and support corrective actions on site. • Plan, coordinate, and supervise day-to-day contract activities when   required . • Maintain   accurate   records, reports, time sheets, and as-built documentation. • Work in line with safety, quality, KPI, and SLA expectations. How will you do it? • Take ownership of your assignments, work with safety and integrity, and follow through on commitments. • Stay close to the site, focus on the issues that matter most, and remove barriers for customers and teammates. • Use clear documentation, honest communication, and practical problem-solving to improve every day. • Collaborate with technicians, subcontractors, and project stakeholders so the team succeeds together. • Keep work organized through careful planning, disciplined execution, and regular follow-up on open items. What are we looking for? • Technical diploma, associate degree, or equivalent practical experience in electrical, mechanical, HVAC, controls, or   a related   field. • Strong BMS   systems   technical knowledge. • Experience in service, maintenance, retrofit, installation, or commissioning of BMS and HVAC systems. • Working knowledge of testing and commissioning practices, fault diagnosis, and on-site troubleshooting. • Experience with 3rd party integration, programming   logics , and graphics building. • Ability to use diagnostic tools and equipment effectively. • Good communication   skills in English and the ability to work with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams. • Strong safety awareness and a disciplined approach to documentation and follow-through. Nice to Have • Experience with HVAC equipment such as chillers, CRAC units, UPS, and generators. • Familiarity with EMS and BAS environments. • Experience preparing site surveys, dilapidation reports, and upgrade recommendations. • HVAC certifications. • Exposure to   critical infrastructure or customer sites with high service expectations.
