Technology & Operations Manager - Aarhus/Aalborg Do you want to help develop and ensure a strong technological foundation in an international fertility company? At Born Donor Bank, we are looking for a Technology & Operations Manager who can take ownership of our technology and operational setup and help ensure that our systems, data, and processes support growth, quality, and compliance. About the role You will take on a central role in the organisation, responsible for creating alignment between technology, business, and operations. You will work closely with both internal teams and external partners to ensure that our systems and platforms are robust, scalable, and compliant. The role combines strategic responsibility with hands-on execution, where you will own and drive cross-functional technology, digitalization and AI projects. Key responsibilities Technology & systems Overall responsibility for our systems (CRM, platforms, ERP, and operational systems) Ensure integrations and stable data flow across systems Drive implementation and optimisation of technology solutions Collaborate with external IT partners and vendors Digitalisation & development Drive digitalisation across the organisation Support the development of digital platforms and customer-facing solutions Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements AI & innovation Identify and implement AI initiatives with a focus on quality and business value Contribute to the company’s technological development Operations & processes Ensure efficient, scalable, and well-documented processes Support operational and laboratory-related workflows Data, compliance & governance Ensure systems and data handling comply with applicable regulations (including GDPR) Work closely with Quality and Legal Ensure data governance, documentation, and traceability Your profile You have a strong understanding of both technology and business and thrive in an environment where quality and structure are key with an underlying intent to build for the future. We expect that you: Have experience with complex system environments and integrations Have worked with digitalization and organisational development Are structured and have a strong focus on governance and quality Are a strong collaborator across the organisation Can operate both strategically and operationally Educational background You likely hold a relevant higher education degree within IT or technology, such as: MSc in Software Engineering BSc/MSc in Computer Science Data Science or Artificial Intelligence Cyber Security or Computer Engineering Cand.it or Cand.merc.(IT) (or equivalent) Experience and the ability to translate technology into business value are more important than the specific degree.
