Type: full-time Job Description: This opportunity is for a Production Technician supporting the front end of Prolacta's manufacturing process. You'll play an important role in receiving, inspecting, handling, and preparing donated human milk while ensuring strict quality and safety standards are maintained. It's a mission-driven position where the work directly contributes to helping some of the most vulnerable patients, making it a great fit for someone who values meaningful work and takes pride in doing things the right way. The team is looking for candidates who understand quality, cleanliness, and consistency from either food service, warehouse, or production environments. Comfort working in PPE, freezer conditions, and a physically active environment is important, along with being dependable, detail-oriented, and able to follow established processes and documentation. Role Snapshot: Receive, scan, and inspect incoming product for quality and accuracy Sort materials by condition, expiration, and tracking information Weigh, verify, label, sanitize, and stage materials for processing Transfer product through thawing and preparation processes (not a lab role) Work in both cleanroom and freezer environments while wearing full PPE Package, label, and prepare materials for storage and logistics tracking Support sanitation and cleaning of equipment, rooms, and work areas Rotating responsibilities across receiving, processing, material handling, and sanitation Onsite in Duarte, CA | 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM shift 6-month contract with potential for conversion Target start date: July 27th Must-Haves Experience in food service, warehouse, or production environments (In-N-Out, kitchens, food processing = strong fits) Strong understanding of quality (freshness, cleanliness, consistency)
