We aim to amplify human potential by creating a zero-effort, intelligent ecosystem where technology simplifies complexity and empowers every Roche employee to do their best work.
The Workforce area drives Roche’s operational excellence across People, Finance, and Compliance. We manage everything from Payroll and People Relations to the technical architecture for Total Rewards. Our goal is to transform transactional HR into an invisible, zero-effort experience—combining rigorous global compliance with intelligent, automated systems to deliver a stable, high-value service ecosystem.
Disclosure Note: The position is open on a fixed-term basis for 3 years.
