Technical Sourcing Manager - NPI Onsite – San Jose, CA We are seeking a Technical Sourcing Manager to lead strategic procurement in a New Product Introduction (NPI) environment. This role requires close collaboration with business units, engineering, production, finance, and legal teams, as well as third parties such as contract manufacturers and suppliers. The position demands strong quantitative and analytical skills, critical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. The Technical Sourcing Manager sits at the interface between our engineering teams and the industries that supply our core technologies. In this role, you will develop and execute sourcing strategies and recommend product and material innovations based on evolving technologies and market availability. The position requires an interest in market dynamics, negotiation and pricing, manufacturing processes, and risk mitigation, including short-term spot buys. This role is part of the supply chain management team that drives centralized capacity planning for components used across our products and supports long-term strategic deals. Business Objectives Support NPI builds and production ramps by ensuring timely, reliable, and cost-effective material availability.
