At Instagrid, you're helping replace fossil-fuel generators with clean, portable battery systems that transform how professionals work. Your mission You'll own the successful transition of our battery systems from product development into scalable manufacturing while supporting continuous improvements of products already in the field. Working closely with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain and external manufacturing partners, you'll help ensure our products can be built efficiently, reliably and at the highest quality. You'll spend time where it matters - whether that's collaborating with engineers and working alongside suppliers to solve challenges first-hand. Your experience in manufacturing or sourcing complex electronic products helps you constructively challenge and support our manufacturing partners to jointly achieve the best possible results. Your Impact Bring new products to life Lead the transition of new hardware products from development into scalable manufacturing. Work closely with Engineering and manufacturing partners to ensure products are ready for production. Identify technical, operational and supply chain risks early and proactively drive solutions. Support product launches and production ramp-ups together with cross-functional teams. Build trusted relationships with suppliers and manufacturing partners. Improve products throughout their lifecycle Coordinate technical product changes across Engineering, Operations, Quality and Supply Chain. Drive continuous improvements for products already in production. Resolve technical issues together with internal teams and external partners. Support structured decision-making around product changes and prioritisation. Drive projects that make a difference Coordinate timelines, stakeholders and technical dependencies across multiple teams. Keep projects moving by removing obstacles and creating alignment. Contribute to more efficient processes and smarter ways of working. An engineering background in Electrical, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or a related discipline. Experience managing product development projects advancing complex hardware products from prototype stage into  serial production. A strong understanding of hardware development, supplier collaboration and manufacturing processes. Experience working with technically sophisticated products in environments such as CleanTech, Battery Technology, Consumer Electronics, Robotics, Industrial Equipment, Medical Devices or similar industries. A hands-on mindset - you enjoy solving problems yourself rather than waiting for someone else to do it. High ownership and the ability to move projects forward, even when things are ambiguous. A collaborative working style and excellent communication across technical and non-technical teams. Willingness to travel regularly to manufacturing partners. Fluent English; German is a plus.
