About the Team Our international and agile team is searching for a motivated person to  work   as   Technical Project Manager   (f/m/d) . You enjoy working in a dedicated, dynamic and international environment that aims for   high-performance engineering solutions in aerospace technology?  Then apply for us.   Your Tasks   Manage projects in your assigned area, overseeing time, cost, quality, and risk while ensuring alignment with function, budget, and milestone targets   Develop and maintain project schedules, tracking progress, documenting key milestones, and providing updates through reports and presentations   Coordinate supply chain and production workflows, ensuring smooth execution of ongoing development and manufacturing activities   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project goals, streamline communication, and resolve operational bottlenecks   Allocate resources effectively across projects, balancing priorities to meet deadlines and optimize productivity   Support long-term planning by exploring process improvements to enhance operational efficiency   Contribute to resource and budget planning efforts to ensure projects stay within constraints   Provide technical and logistical support to teams to ensure the successful execution of project deliverables   Proactively manage risk, identifying potential issues and implementing mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle   Track, coordinate and report multiple instances of engine units through their lifecycles     Your Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering and/or Mechanical Engineering   3+ years of experience as a Project Manager; exposure to the space industry is a plus   Great listener that is able to simultaneously push the team forward   Able to thrive in uncertainty and provide organization and structure where needed   Strong technical affinity and enthusiasm for New Space   Business fluent English (oral and written) – all day-to-day activities are conducted in English   Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools   Strong time management, team player attitude, and emotional intelligence   Demonstrated independence, proactivity, and structured approach to work   Strong cost and risk awareness with a business-oriented mindset   Strong ownership mentality with a high degree of accountability   Outcome-driven executor who prioritizes results   Clear, confident communicator who influences stakeholders and drives decisions   Pragmatic problem solver who focuses on solutions rather than obstacles   Persistent self-starter with the resilience to deliver in complex and challenging environments   We Offer Atmosphere: Experience life in an international & dynamic New Space start-up  Flexibility: Fit your working schedule to your needs with flexible working hours  Home Office: Full-time employees benefit from one day per week home office  Health: Sweat, stretch or squat it out with EGYM Wellpass  Paid Time Off: 30 days annual leave and speacial leave da
