A leading R&D organisation is hiring a Technical Project Manager to drive AI initiatives with real-world impact. This team is developing solutions across healthcare, sustainability, and clean energy—and you’ll sit at the centre of it all, helping shape, coordinate, and deliver projects from inception to deployment.
Responsibilities
End-to-end delivery of complex AI projects across interdisciplinary teams
Sprint facilitation, stakeholder alignment, and project structure ownership
Build and manage Jira workflows, dashboards, and automations (e.g. Jira-to-Slack)
Develop real-time reporting tools for executive visibility and performance tracking
Balance competing priorities in fast-paced environments while keeping teams focused
Requirements
Proven experience managing technical projects in AI, data, or software development
Advanced Jira admin knowledge: workflows, dashboards, reporting, automations
Understanding of AI/ML dev cycles and cross-functional collaboration
Strong stakeholder management skills—both technical and non-technical
Background in startups/scale-ups preferred
Domain knowledge in healthcare, energy, or sustainability is a big plus
