This senior lubricants job focuses on leading a 3-year technology roadmap, driving grease formulation and product development, and delivering commercially successful industrial lubricants solutions. The role combines deep technical expertise in tribology, grease chemistry, and lubricant applications with cross-functional leadership and strategic influence.
Key responsibilities include leading industrial grease innovation programmes, managing product development from concept to launch, supporting manufacturing scale-up, and collaborating with Product Management, Sales, and Operations.
This lubricants job is ideal for experienced R&D professionals with a strong background in grease formulation, industrial lubricants, and chemical engineering. Experience with OEM standards, ASTM, and NLGI is highly desirable.
This is a remote lubricants job within the European Union with approximately 15 percent travel.
