Description
Having recognized the advantages of remote work, including employee morale, productivity, reduced commuting on employee wellbeing and the environment, we are proud to be a digital-first company. The technologies and programs in which we invested have provided a fantastic foundation to this end. Our digital-first work environment, together with our conveniently located offices and collaborative workspaces, provide our team with the freedom and flexibility to work in the way that makes our employees most productive. About us Tecsys is a fast-growing innovator offering supply chain solutions to industry leading healthcare systems, hospitals, and pharmacy businesses to distributors, retailers, and 3PLs. We work with industry leaders to transform their supply chains through technology. If you thrive on tackling interesting challenges with continuous learning opportunities, then Tescys could be a good fit for you! About the Role Deploying enterprise software reliably at scale is a product problem, not just an engineering one. Someone has to decide what gets automated next, how upgrades reach hundreds of customer environments without downtime, and how authentication evolves as compliance frameworks tighten. As Technical Product Owner for Platform Delivery at Tecsys, that's your job. You'll translate platform strategy into a prioritized execution plan for deployment automation, identity infrastructure, and orchestration - breaking down broad goals into what the team actually builds, making the sequencing and tradeoff calls that determine whether releases land smoothly or don't. You'll work alongside a focused engineering team covering deployment automation, identity, and third-party platform components. Responsibilities Own and prioritize the backlog for platform automation, deployment, compliance, and scalability. Translate business, security, and regulatory needs into clear epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Experience using AI tools to accelerate product workflows (requirements drafting, analysis, documentation, backlog refinement), including running structured, spec-driven flows that bring AI assistance into collaborative SDLC practices across engineering, QA, and product. Partner with engineering teams to: Automate build, packaging, and deployment workflows Reduce deployment cycle time and increase release confidence through CI/CD improvements Introduce orchestration best practices for zero-downtime deployments Remove manual processes and increase end-to-end automation Ensure smooth upgrades across customer environments through deployment playbooks, chart versioning, and environment-specific sequencing. Own the product lifecycle for third-party platform components (BI tooling, integration engines, etc.), including containerization, version upgrades, and configuration management. Align deployment and automation initiatives with business goals while meeting compliance and certification requirements (FedRAMP, SOC2). Track KPIs such as deployment speed, reliability, adoption, and developer experience. Support architecture and security teams with design validation and risk assessments. Document requirements, decisions, and solution overviews clearly. Facilitate cross-team discussions to align scope, dependencies, and timelines. Requirements Qualifications 7+ yrs experience as a Product Owner/Manager in SaaS, enterprise software, or infrastructure platforms. Deep familiarity with DevOps environments and tooling: Kubernetes/Helm, GitOps, AWS or Azure, Terraform or other IaC tools, Scripting (Bash, Python, etc.), CI/CD (e.g., GitLab-CI) Strong English communication skills (written and spoken) and stakeholder management ability, essential for working across teams and with partners beyond Quebec. Ability to translate technical and regulatory needs into business outcomes. Familiarity with compliance frameworks (SOC2, FedRAMP, FIPS) or regulated deployment environments. Nice to Have Id
