Description
At IAC Group we are looking for aTechnical Manager – Tooling & Maintenance with strong experience in the automotive industry, focused on tooling operations, maintenance strategies, engineering changes and technical project execution within a manufacturing environment. This position will lead technical and operational initiatives related to tooling, automation and manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance with production, quality, cost and safety objectives. Main Responsibilities • Lead tooling and maintenance operations within the plant. • Develop and execute preventive and corrective maintenance strategies. • Coordinate tooling design, modifications, repairs and launch activities. • Manage engineering changes and support new program launches. • Coordinate technical activities with cross-functional teams and suppliers. • Monitor KPIs and ensure operational targets achievement. • Manage MRO/spare parts budgets and technical resources. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity and efficiency. • Support automation and manufacturing process optimization. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field. • Strong experience in tooling, maintenance or technical operations within automotive industry. • Experience managing technical teams and plant operations. • Knowledge of injection molds, tooling systems and automated manufacturing cells. • Experience with engineering changes and new program launches. • Experience working with suppliers and cross-functional teams. • Advanced English preferred.
