Your tasks • Planning and control of the entire electronic area • Development and implementation of strategies to increase efficiency • Assumption of project responsibility in technical and economic terms • Technical processing of procurement processes (inquiries, orders, checking manufacturer documents) • Close cooperation with all other departments • Management and coordination of the electrical engineering team What you bring to the table • Completed engineering studies in the field of electrical engineering and/or a comparable qualification as a master craftsman in electrical engineering • Professional experience in project management would be desirable • In-depth knowledge of VOB and DIN • Experience with E-Plan would be desirable • Experience in personnel management • You are persuasive and a strong negotiator in discussions as well as motivating and emphatic in employee management • You work in a forward-looking, structured and cost-sensitive manner
