Description
The Technical Delivery Lead will report to the Sr. Manager of Technical Delivery. In this role you will serve as the on-the-ground execution owner for one or more strategic technology programs, driving initiatives through planning, implementation, and closure while maintaining executive-ready delivery visibility for Blue Shield of California stakeholders. Your work directly determines whether Stellarus’s highest-priority technology investments land on time, within scope, and with the organizational confidence they deserve.
