As we continue to build and shape our required cross-functional teams (Sales and Customer support), this may be an opportunity for you to help steer this journey as a Senior Technical Consultant to join our team for the Northern Europe region (UK, Ireland, and Nordics).
What you´ll do:
You will be a part of a self-organized cross-functional team. Your team will consist of existing solution consultant’s, sales representatives, and senior technical consultant. Together you will deliver end-to-end care to Y Soft partners and customers and work collaboratively with other areas of the business. Specifically, your tasks will include
Provide post-sales support to our partners with YSoft Corporation products including on-premise and cloud portfolio
Provide consultations, advice, helpdesk, and on call support including complex technical Level 3 support for the Y Soft cloud, on-premises and office print products
Provide troubleshooting, problem analysis, software and hardware testing support for partners, simulations and cooperation with research and development teams
Build and sustain relationships as the primary technical contact for our Partners and ensure the highest level of satisfaction with the services offered
To assist with validation of technical documentation and recommended improvements or highlighting errors
Use various IT technologies to tackle complex and unique support tasks for both on premise and cloud customer environments
Log analysis tools, network diagnostic principles
SQL, Wireshark, infosec practices, PowerShell
Act as a primary technical contact for partners and customers
Provide in-house or on-site product and technical training for both partners and customers as required
Actively participate in product development lifecycles providing input and pre-release testing, and remaining current with current and upcoming products
Periodically travel within the Northern Europe region and other locations as required
About you:
We are seeking someone who is an excellent communicator and wants to be close to our business partners and customers. Someone whose internal motivation drives them to help solve problems and provide excellent customer satisfaction. Someone who values the responsibility of making autonomous decisions rather than being subject to direct orders from managers.
What is a good background for this job?
Minimum of 3 years of post-sales experience
Can-do attitude whether it comes to a challenging technical issue or learning new things
Ideally an existing strong technical knowledge of YSoft SafeQ 6, and other print management solutions
Self-driven using initiative and skills to maintain current knowledge of YSoft products, related IT technologies, and when providing support services to partners and customers
Broad IT skills in operating systems, networks, and SQL databases (Windows servers, Mac, Linux, TCP/IP, SQL, etc.)
Advanced written and spoken English is a must; knowledge of any Nordic language is beneficial
Ability to comprehend customer needs and devise the most fitting solution
