Your Tasks You Are the Captain Here • You will lead the ideation process in collaboration with our clients, receive requests for changes, bug fixes, and other tasks, and implement them in accordance with the client’s requirements. • You will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients on technical matters. • You will analyze complex problems and work with our teams to develop solutions. • You understand requirements from the customer’s perspective and translate them into technicalconcepts. • You evaluate requirements in terms of feasibility, scalability, and risks. • You work closely with the frontend, backend, testing, and app development teams. • You participate in kickoffs, workshops, and technical coordination meetings. • You monitor rollouts and go-lives. • You identify challenges early and actively address them. • You serve as the interface between Getslash and our customers. Your Profile Let’s Set Sail to Success • You think and work independently and have a strong hands-on approach. • You hold a degree in IT or a comparable qualification. • You have several years of experience in a technical role and in customer-facing positions. • You have a solid understanding of • web technologies and APIs, • system architectures (backend, frontend, mobile), • networks, and distributed systems. • You are fluent in English and have already gained experience working on international projects. • Preferred: You have knowledge of cloud or on-premises architectures, captive portals, networking, streaming, and IPTV.
