We treasure every talent, and recognize merit and diversity in our organization. 1.0 Responsibilities - Team Member, Packing 1.1 Responsible for executing packing activities as per the daily production and dispatch plan. 1.2 Responsible for operating and monitoring packing machines/equipment as per approved procedures to ensure uninterrupted operations. 1.3 Responsible for strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Batch Packing Records (BPRs), Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), and Data Integrity requirements. 1.4 Responsible for timely and accurate completion of packing documentation, online entries, and reconciliation activities. 1.5 Responsible for ensuring proper line clearance, product changeover activities, and maintenance of packing area housekeeping standards. 1.6 Responsible for conducting in-process checks and ensuring compliance with packaging specifications, labeling requirements, and product quality standards. 1.7 Responsible for identification, segregation, and reporting of deviations, incidents, breakdowns, quality concerns, and safety observations. 1.8 Responsible for coordinating with Production, Warehouse, Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Quality Control teams for smooth packing operations. 1.9 Responsible for implementing productivity, yield improvement, and waste reduction initiatives in the packing area. 1.10 Responsible for online completion of assigned training programs and ensuring compliance with training requirements through LMS. 1.11 Responsible for training and supporting new team members as assigned by the Team Leader. 1.12 Responsible for following personal hygiene, EHS requirements, safe work practices, and maintaining discipline on the shop floor. 1.13 Responsible for participating in investigations and supporting timely closure of deviations, incidents, CAPAs, and audit observations. 1.14 Responsible for ensuring proper handling, accounting, and reconciliation of printed and non-printed packing materials to prevent mix-ups and losses. Education: Diploma / B.Sc. / B.Pharm. / ITI or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline. Experience • 3 to 6 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, preferably in packing operations within a regulated environment. • Experience in operating packing equipment, line clearance, batch documentation, reconciliation activities, and GMP-compliant operations. • Exposure to serialization, packaging controls, deviation handling, and audit readiness will be preferred. Skills & Competencies • Knowledge of cGMP, GDP, EHS, and Data Integrity requirements. • Understanding of Batch Packing Records (BPR), SOPs, and packaging processes. • Ability to operate and troubleshoot packing equipment. • Good documentation and communication skills. • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. • Focus on quality, safety, discipline, and continuous improvement.
