Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers in a warm, welcoming manner to ensure an exceptional guest experience Prepare and serve menu items including soups, sandwiches, and other offerings according to Zoup standards Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment throughout the shift Handle cash and point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently Restock food and supplies as needed to keep the line running smoothly Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times Work collaboratively with team members to meet the demands of a busy restaurant Requirements: No prior experience required — a positive attitude and willingness to learn are a must Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs Reliable, punctual, and dependable with a strong work ethic Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Food handling or food safety certification is a plus but not required Flexible availability including weekends and holidays preferred About Us: Zoup is a beloved fast-casual restaurant concept known for its rotating selection of craveable, chef-crafted soups alongside fresh sandwiches and salads.
