We provide exceptional, paid onboarding to guide you through customer service, food preparation, and leadership. What You’ll Do As a Team Member, you will play a vital role in creating great experiences for our guests. Your day-to-day will include: Food Prep: Washing, chopping, and preparing fresh, local vegetables and ingredients. Cooking & Crafting: Making our signature sandwiches, platters, sides, and drinks. Clover-Guiding: Welcoming guests, taking orders on electronic tablets/POS systems, and guiding them through our menu. Quality Control: Ensuring food meets our high standards (which includes tasting our delicious recipes!). Maintaining the Space: Dishwashing and cleaning stations and the restaurant to keep our restaurants sparkling and safe.
