Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Team Leader – Sales to lead our Telesales Marketing / Loyalty Sales Consultant team in Jakarta. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, coaching team members, and ensuring targets are consistently achieved. • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of telesales consultants to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets in a competitive market • Drive and sustain high sales performance while adapting to changing market conditions and customer expectations • Coach, mentor, and develop a diverse sales team through regular feedback, performance reviews, and improvement plans • Monitor individual and team performance, providing real-time coaching to improve results and call quality • Ensure all sales calls meet quality standards, compliance requirements, and company policies • Analyze sales reports and performance metrics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement • Identify and implement improvements in sales processes, techniques, and team effectiveness • Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, both verbally and in writing Qualifications Qualifications: • Proven experience in a sales or telesales environment, with prior experience in a supervisory or team leadership role • Strong coaching, people management, and performance management skills • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a competitive market • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage at all organizational levels • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales reports and performance data • Experience in call quality monitoring, compliance, and sales process improvement • Ability to adapt quickly to changing market conditions and customer expectations • Strong problem-solving skills, including handling escalated customer concerns Additional Information What We Offer: • Competitive salary + attractive incentives • Career growth opportunities • Supportive and performance-driven work environment
