We are seeking a Team Lead, Sourcing to join our Talent Acquisition team and play a critical role in driving school-based hiring efforts across the network. In this role, you will lead day-to-day sourcing operations, support the execution of sourcing strategy, and provide guidance to a team of sourcing professionals. You will partner closely with Talent Acquisition leadership to build talent pipelines, implement new tools and processes, monitor performance metrics, and ensure the team is delivering against hiring goals. If you are a data-driven sourcing expert who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys developing people, improving processes, and driving results, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our organization and the students we serve.   In this Role, You Will: Lead school-based sourcing efforts:  Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to build robust candidate pipelines for instructional and school-based positions. Provide team leadership:  Oversee the daily activities of a team of 4-5 sourcing professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure strong execution and results. Drive sourcing performance:  Monitor key sourcing metrics, pipeline health, outreach effectiveness, and conversion rates to ensure progress toward established KPIs and hiring targets. Partner on strategic initiatives:  Collaborate with Talent Acquisition leadership on special projects, process improvements, and sourcing innovation initiatives. Implement new tools and technology:  Support the evaluation, rollout, adoption, and optimization of sourcing tools, automation solutions, and talent intelligence platforms. Build and maintain talent pipelines:  Personally source and engage high-quality candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, networking, and community partnerships. Deliver reporting and insights:  Analyze sourcing data and trends to provide actionable recommendations that improve efficiency, candidate quality, and hiring outcomes. Ensure operational excellence:  Create consistency across sourcing workflows, outreach strategies, and reporting processes while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. Champion candidate experience:  Ensure prospective candidates receive timely communication and a positive introduction to Success Academy throughout the sourcing process.   We’d Be Excited to Hear From You If: You possess 3+ years of sourcing, recruiting, or talent acquisition experience, preferably in high-volume recruiting, or another fast-paced environment. You have experience leading, mentoring, or coordinating the work of sourcing teams and driving accountability through metrics and performance management. You are highly proficient with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM platforms, and applicant tracking systems. You have experience working in a metrics-driven environment and can effectively use data to drive decision-making, identify trends, and improve team performance.
