Purpose Statement: Key Job Accountabilities: * Drive production KPIs at their respective assigned area * Manage direct reports (production supervisors) performance and development plan * Participate in CFT meetings to work cohesively with other CFT members to drive results of the assigned accounts in terms of delivery and quality * Typically is responsible for more complex accounts or products * Responsible to exemplify and hold their team accountable to demonstrating the Plexus Core Values.
