Upway is a fast growing startup building the largest marketplace for refurbished e-bikes globally. We have refurbished over 20,000 e-bikes in just two years and are growing fast! We are looking for a Bike Mechanic for our Upway Berlin Refurbishment Centre, currently our largest Centre in the world. The mechanic team repairs a large number of different used e-bikes and refurbishes them to excellent condition, providing Upway’s customers with a vast and high-quality e-bike selection.  We are looking for a Team Lead – E-Bike Mechanics to oversee and guide our mechanics team. This role is crucial in ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently while maintaining the highest quality standards in e-bike refurbishment and repair. As the most experienced mechanic on your team, you will be the go-to expert for technical questions, complex repairs, and process improvements. Additionally, you will be responsible for fostering a positive team culture, ensuring workflow efficiency, and maintaining top-tier quality standards.
