Job Description We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Team Lead Accounts Payable to lead our AP team in Vienna and support the continued development of our wider Finance Operations organization. You will take ownership of daily AP operations, develop the team, manage workload and priorities, and ensure invoices and supplier topics are handled accurately and on time. You will also help us standardize processes, strengthen controls, use data more effectively, and increase automation across Accounts Payable. What you will do • Lead, coach, and develop the AP team in Vienna • Manage daily operations, workload, priorities, and backup coverage • Monitor invoice queues, aging, blocked invoices, exceptions, and escalations • Support the team with complex AP, supplier, and system-related topics • Set clear responsibilities and build consistent ways of working • Use KPIs and reporting to improve quality, speed, and operational performance • Identify recurring issues and drive practical, lasting improvements • Work closely with Procurement, Vendor Management, Master Data, Treasury, Accounting, Logistics, and IT • Support process standardization and stronger cooperation across different locations • Drive the effective use of SAP, OpenText VIM, reporting, and automation
