About the role As a Teaching Fellow ( Psychology ),   you'll   join the School of Education and Community Wellbeing, where   you'll   inspire and support the next generation of   psychology   professionals.   You'll   teach   across   the   Bachelor of Psychological Science,   and   Graduate Diploma of Psychology   delivering engaging learning experiences in subjects such as   The Evolution of   Psychology,  Lifespan   Development, Brain and   Behaviour , Fundamentals of Personal and Social   Behaviour , Psychology of Personality. You'll   combine outstanding teaching practice with digital capability, learning design and innovation to create learning experiences that are flexible, engaging and   centred   around student success. Full - time   or Part -   t ime   permanent position   located   at Flinders Street   Campus Hybrid   (Campus and   online)   - Approximately 2 days on campus and 3 days online What   you'll   bring • Master's degree in Psychology   (or a closely related discipline)   or a partially completed PhD   is   required ; a   completed   PhD is highly regarded. • Demonstrated experience teaching psychology in a higher education setting and/or relevant professional experience in psychology, with the ability to bring contemporary industry knowledge and practice into the learning environment. • Strong facilitation skills across online and face-to-face learning environments   in Higher   Education • Experience using learning technologies and digital tools to enhance teaching • Confidence using, or enthusiasm for adopting, AI-enabled approaches in education • Experience designing engaging learning and assessment activities • A student- centred   approach to teaching and learning • Strong communication   and collaboration skills • A growth mindset and commitment to continuous professional learning • Relevant postgraduate qualifications (or working towards completion) How to Apply  -   Our recruitment process is different There is no prescribed format for your application.
