What You’ll Be Doing
Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils Support students across a range of subjects Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons Help manage behaviour and maintain a focused learning environment Support pupil progress, confidence, and wellbeing Work closely with teachers and school staff
What We’re Looking For
Experience working with children or young people (school or care setting) A patient, proactive, and supportive approach Strong communication and teamwork skills Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply) Experience supporting additional learning needs is highly desirable.
