The Role
Position: Teaching Assistant
Start Date: September 2026
Location: Weybridge, Surrey (KT13)
We're Looking For Someone Who:
✨ Has previous experience working within a primary school or educational setting
✨ Is passionate about supporting children's learning and development
✨ Can build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
✨ Has excellent communication and teamwork skills
✨ Is proactive, patient, and enthusiastic
✨ Can confidently support pupils across the primary age range
✨ Has experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), which would be a great bonus
✨ Has a strong understanding of safeguarding and promoting children's wellbeing
⭐ The Successful Candidate Will:
Support pupils both individually and in small groups
Work closely with the class teacher to deliver engaging learning activities
Promote positive behaviour and pupil engagement
Help create an inclusive and supportive classroom environment
Support children's academic, social, and emotional development
Play an active role in the wider school community
