Teaching Assistant - Secondary School (Grimsby) Location: Hull Start Date: ASAP Contract Type: Full-time, Long-term (with potential for permanent placement) Salary: £95 - £115 Per day Agency: Reed Education Are you a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant looking for your next long-term opportunity? The Role As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting both teachers and students across the school. Your responsibilities will include: • Providing in-class support to students across Key Stages 3 and 4 • Assisting the teacher with lesson preparation and classroom management • Supporting students on a one-to-one basis or in small groups • Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment • Encouraging student participation and promoting confidence in learning • Supporting pupils with additional needs where required What We're Looking For • Previous experience working with children or young people (school-based experience desirable) • A proactive, patient, and supportive approach • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • The ability to work effectively as part of a team • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil welfare • Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant) are advantageous but not essential Why Register with Reed Education?
