Let's create something amazing together! 🌟 What You'll Do We're looking for dedicated and passionate assistant teachers to join our team, who can support the daily activities, curriculum, and routines for young children. Responsibilities include communicating with families, following a Reggio-inspired philosophy, and performing all necessary routines for working with infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. Additional responsibilities may include conducting health checks in the mornings, and performing opening and closing cleaning routines. Requirements Must be able to pass a background check that includes fingerprinting, and have completed a college level course in child or human development, or be willing to complete within 12 months of employment. Partial or full scholarships are available through state level agencies to cover the course or future coursework, if needed. Nice to Have • We're looking for individuals with experience working with groups of young children, birth - age 8, and who are passionate about early childhood education. • Coursework in Early Childhood Education or related fields, such as human growth & development, psychology, or sociology, is a plus. • First Aid & CPR certification is preferred, but we're happy to support you in obtaining it within the first 3 months of hire.
