Start date: August 2026 At Waad Education Schools , we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Teacher to join our school community. The ideal candidate is an inspiring educator who motivates students, builds strong partnerships with parents, and collaborates effectively with the wider faculty team.   Key Responsibilities Plan, prepare, and deliver instructional lessons that facilitate active learning and meet curriculum standards.   Evaluate and document students' academic and personal development through tests, assignments, and observations. Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and collaboration. Address diverse learning needs by offering tailored guidance, extra help, or resources to ensure all students succeed. Collaborate with parents, colleagues, and administrators to share progress, address concerns, and support students' overall development. Requirements Completed Bachelor's degree or higher in the relevant subject area. Proven teaching qualifications, professional teaching license, or equivalent (e.g., PGCE / QTS / or equivalent). Minimum 3 years of teaching experience with exposure to international curricula such as BSO, IB, or others. Strong proficiency in the subject matter. Well-developed teaching skills and classroom management abilities. Knowledge of child protection and safeguarding standards. Additional professional development qualifications, such as NPQ, are considered a strong advantage.
