Tax Manager - Overview As Tax Manager, you will play a key role in servicing clients as part of a collaborative team: no client “ownership” here! Reporting to, and working closely with Tax Partners & Senior Managers, you will be responsible for supervising & mentoring a small team as well as reviewing and signing federal and multi-state tax returns for C Corporations, S Corporations, Partnerships, Trusts, Individuals, and Tax-Exempt Organizations. Requirements Required Qualifications • CPA designation • 10+ years of tax experience in public accounting, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role • Direct responsibility for reviewing and signing federal and multi-state tax returns • Alignment with our RISE values – Relationships, Integrity, Service, and Expertise • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines • Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with a passion for developing others • Ability to build and maintain trusted client relationships through proactive service • High level of technical tax knowledge with ability to research and resolve complex issues • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with tax law and industry changes • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ability to adapt to new technologies • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including direct client communications Preferred Qualifications • Advanced degree (Master’s in Accounting or Tax) • Experience with CCH Axcess and ProSystems Engagement
