A leading advisory firm is seeking a Director to join its growing Transaction Tax team, focusing on the fast-expanding Private Credit market. This senior role offers the opportunity to work on high-value UK and international transactions across areas such as structured lending, infrastructure and asset-backed credit, real estate credit, loan origination and distressed situations. The Role • Lead teams delivering commercially focused tax advice across the full deal lifecycle • Act as a trusted advisor, managing key client relationships • Drive opportunities with new and existing clients • Collaborate with specialists across the wider financial services and corporate tax network • Oversee project delivery, financial performance and quality • Support the strategic growth of the Credit and Deals Tax practice • Mentor and develop junior team members • Embrace new technologies to enhance delivery About You • Significant experience leading transaction-focused tax projects • Strong understanding of indirect tax, transfer pricing, management tax and international tax principles • Proven ability to build senior-level relationships internally and externally What's Offered A flexible hybrid working model, comprehensive benefits including private medical cover and virtual GP access, volunteering days, and strong career development support.
