On behalf of our client, an audit firm, we are seeking a Tax Associate to join their Accounting team. Responsibilities: Assist tax managers and senior associates in providing direct tax advisory and consultation services. Support the development and implementation of effective tax strategies. Conduct research and analysis to identify tax-saving opportunities and mitigate tax risks. Prepare and review various tax returns (individual, corporate, partnership, trust). Ensure accurate, complete, and timely submission of assigned tax filings. Stay updated on tax laws and regulations to help maintain compliance. Support client relationships by delivering responsive, high-quality service. Address client tax concerns and help communicate complex tax concepts clearly. Collaborate with team members to meet client expectations and firm goals. Maintain organised documentation and workpapers for client engagements. Participate in internal training and professional development initiatives. Follow firm policies, procedures, and standards of practice. Perform any other related duties that may be assigned by the management from time to time.
