As an Associate Director, you'll: • Build and nurture relationships with a diverse portfolio of large, listed, and international clients. • Provide strategic tax advisory support across complex technical matters. • Collaborate across multiple service lines including M&A, risk, consulting, and technology. • Champion innovation through technology and process improvements. • Contribute to the development of people within the team and help shape the firm's future growth. About You: • ACA and/or CTA qualified (or equivalent experience). • Extensive experience advising large corporates and international groups on UK and cross-border tax matters. • A strong record of building new client relationships and winning advisory work. • Skilled in managing diverse projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams. • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a genuine interest in developing others.
