This role offers the chance to work with major corporate, listed and multinational clients, providing high-level tax advisory support that truly influences business strategy. The Business Tax Advisory team provides tailored advice across all areas of corporate taxation, helping clients navigate complex legislation and deliver on their strategic commercial goals. As an Associate Director, you'll: • Build and nurture relationships with a diverse portfolio of large, listed, and international clients. • Provide strategic tax advisory support across complex technical matters. • Collaborate across multiple service lines including M&A, risk, consulting, and technology. • Champion innovation through technology and process improvements. • Contribute to the development of people within the team and help shape the firm's future growth. About You: • ACA and/or CTA qualified (or equivalent experience). • Extensive experience advising large corporates and international groups on UK and cross-border tax matters. • A strong record of building new client relationships and winning advisory work. • Skilled in managing diverse projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams. • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a genuine interest in developing others.
