Royal Ocean Marine is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Marine Superintendent to join our client's team, a tanker company. As a Marine Superintendent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our fleet of vessels. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading company in the maritime industry and contribute towards maintaining high standards of safety and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the safe and compliant operation of vessels Implement and enforce company policies and procedures Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure adherence to safety standards Manage vessel budgets and monitor expenses Coordinate and supervise vessel maintenance and repairs Provide technical support and guidance to vessel crews Requirements Minimum of 1 years of experience as a Marine Superintendent or a similar role Strong knowledge of maritime regulations and industry best practices Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills Effective communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work independently and in a team environment Proficiency in using computer software and tools for data analysis and reporting Valid COC and relevant certifications will be advantageous Willingness to travel as required Benefits Chan Chee Meng EA 07C3069 R1110620
