ABOUT THE ROLE We're looking for a proactive Talent Sourcer to join our Recruitment team and help us find exceptional talent for some of the most challenging roles across FinTech, Payments, Infrastructure and Engineering. This isn't a role for someone who waits for applications. We're looking for a true hunter, someone who enjoys solving complex sourcing challenges, mapping niche markets and finding specialists that others simply can't reach. YOUR MISSION - Source top talents across FinTech, Payments and Technology. - Build strong talent pipelines for hard-to-fill technical and business roles. - Conduct market mapping and competitor research. - Identify passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search, X-Ray Search and other sourcing channels. - Leverage AI tools to improve sourcing efficiency, automate research and discover new talent pools. - Develop creative sourcing strategies for niche positions. - Maintain organised talent pools and candidate pipelines. - Partner closely with Recruiters to understand hiring needs and continuously improve sourcing approaches. WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT - At least 2+ years of experience as a Talent Sourcer or Technical Sourcer - Experience sourcing candidates within FinTech, Payments, EMI, or similar industries - Strong expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search and X-Ray Search - Experience using AI-powered sourcing tools as part of your daily workflow - Ability to identify and engage passive candidates - Strong research and analytical skills - Excellent written communication - Good level of English and fluent Russian WHY YOU'LL LOVE IT HERE   - Meaningful Impact: a chance to make a real impact by contributing directly to the growth of a leading fintech company in the payments space! - Career Development: we’re young, very ambitious, and serious about growth.
