Description
We are seeking a Talent Solutions Consultant to drive business development, manage new projects and initiatives, and play a pivotal role in delivering tailored talent solutions for both new and existing clients. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding client needs, designing, and overseeing the implementation of customized talent strategies, including traineeships and the development of innovative programs in emerging technologies such as AI, data analytics, cloud computing, and digital transformation.  Below are the listed responsibilities.    Key Responsibilities:  Client Consultation: Partner with clients to understand their organisational goals, talent challenges, and transformational needs. Provide expert advice and recommendations on talent strategy offering our i2i Internships to Innovation programs, offshore professional services, growing capabilities and talent placements.  Program Management: Manage end-to-end talent programs and projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and timelines. Coordinate resources locally and regionally, monitor progress, and communicate project status to stakeholders.  Training and Development: Identify training needs and develop learning programs to enhance talent development and capability building. Facilitate workshops and training sessions as required to address skills gaps and promote professional growth.  Partnership Management: Liaise with external training partners and Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs) to ensure the delivery of high-quality, relevant training programs and certifications. Foster relationships to align training initiatives with industry standards and emerging trends.  Data Analysis and Insights: Utilise data-driven insights to assess talent trends, measure program effectiveness, and inform decision-making. Provide recommendations for continuous improvement and optimisation of talent strategies.  Thought Leadership: Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in talent management and organisational development. Share insights with clients and contribute to thought leadership initiatives.  Collaboration: Work collaboratively with internal teams, including consultants, analysts, and project managers, to deliver integrated solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations.  Requirements Preferably Diploma in Business Administration or any related field Proven experience in talent consulting, program management, or a related field  Experience in business development and client management is highly desirable.  Strong understanding of emerging technologies and their impact on talent needs  Ability to analyze client needs and deliver innovative, tailored solutions  Proven track record of managing and delivering projects on time and within budget.  Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.  Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team.  Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex issues.  Competence in data analysis and reporting.  Experience in the IT sector is an advantage.  Candidates with experience as a recruiter in the ASEAN region, Hong Kong and Japan will have an advantage.  Benefits Comprehensive benefits package  Opportunities for professional growth and development  A supportive and collaborative work environment  The chance to be part of a forward-thinking company at the forefront of recruitment technology
