Role Overview
We are looking for a driven and experienced Talent Partner to support the ongoing expansion of our quantitative trading firm from the familiar crypto space to traditional financial services. This role will be key in driving our people initiatives and shaping our company's future.
You will work closely with our managers to design and implement strategies to source, attract and retain strong talent. You will have excellent interpersonal skills to quickly build relationships with internal stakeholders and foster a first-class candidate and employee experience. This is a hands-on, dynamic position that will make a real impact both during and after the hiring process.
What You Will Do
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for multiple searches and sourcing talent globally
Partner closely and advise hiring managers throughout a structured recruiting process
Proactively source talent using various channels
Think creatively to find qualified candidates, develop a network and nurture relationships with talent pools
Own the candidate experience from the initial contact to onboarding and beyond
Strategically manage vendors and hold them accountable to a high standard while encouraging an ongoing partnership
Systematically maintain data accuracy and proper documentation relating to all recruitment activities
Continuously review recruiting data to track effectiveness and identify areas of improvement
Raise awareness and enhance our employer branding
Provide support to the entire employee lifecycle: from recruitment, employer branding, onboarding, probation and performance management to exit procedures
Support the broader HR team on process improvement and cultivate programs to improve the overall employee experience
Take ownership of other HR-related projects, tasks and events as required
Who You Are
3+ years of Recruiting experience within Financial Services, a combination of in-house and agency experience would be ideal
1+ year of HR-related experience in an international working environment
Experience recruiting revenue-generating and technical positions for international Financial Services and/or Tech firms
Fluent in both verbal and written English and Mandarin Chinese,&
