Role Purpose We are looking for an active, energetic, and fun-loving Talent & Excitement Intern to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, bringing ideas to life, and supporting activities that make the workplace more engaging and exciting. The intern will support day-to-day Talent & Excitement operations, recruitment coordination, employee engagement activities, LX Perks, office activities, and internal people projects. We are looking for someone who is proactive, positive, organised, and not afraid to roll up their sleeves. You will gain hands-on exposure to Talent & Excitement operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and people projects, while supporting fun and meaningful workplace initiatives. This internship will also give you the opportunity to experience working in a fast-paced beauty, retail, and lifestyle environment, and learn how Talent & Excitement plays an important role in supporting people, culture, engagement, and business performance. Main Roles & Responsibilities 1. Employee Engagement & Office Activities Support employee engagement initiatives, office activities, festive celebrations, and internal events. Help coordinate LX Perks, staff activities, learning sessions, and recognition programmes. Bring fresh ideas to make the workplace more fun, engaging, and inclusive. Assist in preparing simple posters, announcements, and communication materials.   2. Recruitment Support Assist with job posting, candidate screening, and interview scheduling. Support recruitment coordination for retail and office roles. Maintain recruitment trackers and follow up on candidate updates.   3. Talent & Excitement Operations Support Assist with onboarding preparation for new joiners. Support employee documentation, filing, and people records maintenance. Help ensure employee data and documents are updated accurately.   4. People Projects & Administration Support Talent & Excitement projects and process improvement initiatives. Conduct simple research or benchmarking when required. Assist with any other administrative tasks assigned by the team. Requirements Currently pursuing a Degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Psychology, Event Management or related discipline.
