Your Opportunity
Forming part of the Talent Attraction team of 80 strong SME's, this role will play a key role in:
• Use your current market knowledge to build out and engage with talent for our newly formed pioneering ESG department.
• Provide Stategic insights and approach to support the business in meeting forecast needs.
• Provide a candidate engagement and experience the market will be talking about.

• Background in recruitment, marketing, human resources,
• Previous talent attraction experience in agency, RPO, internal talent or government environments
• Ability to partener with hiring managers to develop innovatice, fit for purpose, speedt and inclusive talen solutions to ensure hiring objectives are achieved.
