Your Day-to-Day This role will identify, attract, and hire highly skilled specialist talent to meet the organization's needs. This role requires a deep understanding of the education industry, exceptional recruitment skills, great networking in the community, and the ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders • Collaborate with management team to define & align hiring needs • Actively source candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and employee referrals • Review and sort incoming resumes, ensuring they are properly logged into tracking systems. • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring cycles • Guide candidates through the recruitment process, providing timely communication and updates • Lead salary and benefit negotiations, ensuring alignment with company compensation policies Who We’re Looking For • Having minimum 1 years of experience in executive hiring • Having experience in recruitment consultancy and handling healthcare client/education sector is a plus • Having experience in interviewing candidates with behavioral event interview method • Strong in analytical thinking & negotiation skills
