­­ Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist Working Location: Long Bien, Hanoi Contact to: [email protected] Job Descriptions: • Responsible for recruiting positions in accordance with the company's headcount plan, ensuring sufficient quantity and timely fulfillment. • Collaborate with Hiring Managers to gather and clarify recruitment requirements (job requirements, competencies, and seniority levels). • Post job openings on appropriate channels: job sites, social media, professional communities, referral programs, etc. • Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, databases, personal networks, and industry communities. • Conduct CV screening, preliminary interviews, and evaluate candidates' fit in terms of skills, experience, and cultural alignment. • Coordinate the interview process: scheduling, preparing relevant information, and tracking feedback from interviewers. • Build and maintain a talent pool for key positions in the Automotive, Technology, and AI sectors. • Participate in Employer Branding activities: job fairs, workshops, social media content, and referral programs, etc. • Monitor and update recruitment data in the system (ATS/tracking files). • Report on key recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, CV volume, and pass rates per interview stage. • Support improvements to job descriptions (JDs) and recruitment processes to enhance the candidate experience. • Stay updated on labor market trends and industry salary benchmarks. • Keep abreast of recruitment trends in the automotive, technology, and AI industries to improve talent acquisition quality. • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Department Head. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Economics, Engineering, or related fields. • Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience; candidates with experience in the automotive, technology, or AI industries are preferred. • An established candidate database and professional network within the industry, particularly among engineers, specialists, and technical managers. • Proficiency in recruitment channels, headhunting techniques, and candidate data management. • Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills. • Ability to read, comprehend, and analyze technical job descriptions (Automotive, Software, AI). • Strategic mindset, strong organizational and management skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. • Proficient in English for professional use (reading, writing, and technical communication).
