Responsibilities Manage the recruitment process from job posting to hiring Conduct thorough candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders Use ATS to keep track of candidate applications, update candidate statuses, and maintain recruitment records Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and innovative recruiting techniques to enhance talent acquisition efforts Requirements At least 1,5 years of experience in talent acquisition   Proficiency in using sourcing techniques and platforms Knowledge of candidates assessment methods Results orientation: ability to meet recruitment targets, deadlines, and metrics while maintaining high-quality standards Adaptability, problem-solving skills Attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset We offer 21 paid vacation days per year 10 paid sick leave days per year Public holidays according to the Cyprus Public holiday list Medical insurance Professional education budget Language learning budget Wellness budget (gym membership, sports gear and related expenses) Join our team — here you will find unlimited opportunities for personal and professional growth!
