Description
Talent Acquisition Specialist About us: Founded by Jordan Cullen in 2018, Cullen Jewellery is an Australian fine jewellery brand grounded in intention, care, and considered design. As a digital-first brand, we bring together traditional craftsmanship and modern technology to create pieces designed to endure – in both form and feeling. From carbon neutral lab-grown diamonds to responsible material choices and global replanting initiatives, every detail reflects Cullen’s long-term perspective. About the position: With true ownership of our retail portfolio, you will take the lead on sourcing, selecting, and securing high-caliber talent across our growing national network of showrooms. This isn't a role where you just schedule interviews; it’s an opportunity to fully own your portfolio, act as a strategic talent partner, and drive full-lifecycle recruiting in a rapidly scaling business. If you are ready to step up, make a measurable impact, and accelerate your career in recruitment, this is the perfect next step for you. Key responsibilities include: • Lead the full recruitment lifecycle from crafting compelling job campaigns and strategic sourcing to managing offers and welcoming new hires. • Build and nurture high-quality talent communities across our ATS (Rippling), Seek, and LinkedIn to ensure a steady pipeline for our expanding showrooms. • Manage the interview framework, conducting thorough initial screenings and interviews to evaluate competency, drive, and cultural alignment. • Act as a trusted advisor to Showroom Managers, deeply understanding their hiring needs and delivering a seamless, efficient recruitment experience. • Maintain a high standard of data accuracy within our ATS, ensuring candidate records, interview notes, and background checks are kept up-to-date in real-time. • Design and facilitate a smooth onboarding experience, ensuring new hires are equipped with the resources and support needed to thrive from day one. What we are seeking: • Proven experience as a TA Coordinator looking to step up, or already operating as a Junior TA Specialist within a fast-paced environment. • Experience managing or assisting with end-to-end recruitment, with a strong knack for writing engaging job copy that highlights brand values. • Proficiency with ATS or HRIS platforms (experience with Rippling is a bonus) and excellent calendar management skills across multiple stakeholders. • A confident communicator with natural relationship-building skills who prides themselves on delivering a premium candidate and hiring manager experience. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively and adapt to changing demands in a rapidly growing business. What we offer: • Step away from pure administration and fully own your national portfolio, run end-to-end campaigns, and directly influence our retail growth strategy. • Fast-track your professional development and expand your horizons as we rapidly scale our footprint internationally. • Enjoy a supportive, Monday–Friday corporate culture in our beautiful, modern Kew office, with convenient parking options available. • Free, confidential access to our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for you and your immediate family. • Generous staff discounts on our fine jewellery, plus a 20% discount for your friends and family. • An extra week of paid leave every year to support a charity close to your heart. • Sponsorship of a child in need via Baptist World Aid for every full-time team member who joins our family.
