Key Responsibilities ​ End-to-End Recruitment Execution: ​ Independently manage the full-cycle recruitment for full-time positions across various functions in Malaysia, including requirement analysis, channel sourcing, interview coordination, salary negotiation, and background checks. Channel Development & Maintenance: ​ Effectively utilize and expand local mainstream recruitment channels (e.g., JobStreet, LinkedIn, Ricebowl, employee referrals) to build and maintain a key talent pool. Business Collaboration: ​ Work closely with hiring managers, providing professional recruitment advice, market insights, and effectively managing the recruitment process and expectations. Candidate Experience & Employer Branding: ​ Deliver a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey and proactively communicate company culture and values at all candidate touchpoints. Data Analysis & Process Optimization: ​ Maintain recruitment data, provide regular recruitment reports, analyze hiring efficiency and channel effectiveness, and propose optimization recommendations. Requirements ​ Experience: ​ 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience. In-house (corporate) recruitment experience is preferred.  Must have proven successful recruitment experience in the local Malaysian market. ​ Knowledge & Skills: ​ Familiar with Malaysian labor laws, employment contracts, and local market compensation trends. Excellent communication, coordination, and multi-tasking abilities. Strong judgment, initiative, and problem-solving skills.
