Key Responsibilities   As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to support the full-cycle recruitment process. Your main duties will include:   Sourcing Talent:  Actively find and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, and networking events. Resume Screening:  Review incoming applications against job requirements to identify the best potential matches. Interview Coordination:  Schedule and conduct some of the phone screens, video interviews, and onsite meetings, ensuring a seamless calendar experience for both candidates and hiring teams. Candidate Management:  Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Communication:  Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates, feedback, and a positive candidate experience.   Qualifications & Skills Required: Education:  Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). Experience:  3–5 years of experience in recruitment, HR support, customer service, or an administrative role. (Internship experience in HR/Recruiting is a huge plus!). Communication:  Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a natural ability to connect with people. Organization:  Strong time-management skills and the ability to juggle multiple scheduling requests at once. Tech-Savvy:  Proficiency with Google Workspace or MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).   Preferred (Nice-to-Have): Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
