What You’ll Do As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical, creative, product, and business roles Partner closely with hiring managers to understand team needs and define effective hiring strategies Source and engage strong candidates through LinkedIn and other relevant channels Create a strong candidate experience throughout the entire hiring journey Conduct screening interviews and support assessment processes Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, offers, and onboarding-related handovers Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs Track recruitment metrics and use data to improve hiring processes Contribute to employer branding initiatives and help us tell the Cypher story to the right talent What We’re Looking For 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment Experience in sourcing and hiring for different functions; gaming experience is a strong plus Strong communication skills in both Turkish and English Ability to build trust with candidates and hiring teams A proactive, organized, and detail-oriented working style Comfortable managing multiple roles and priorities at the same time Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS tools, and recruitment metrics is a plus Genuine interest in people, culture, and building great teams What We Offer The opportunity to be part of a fast-growing mobile gaming company A collaborative, ambitious, and supportive team culture Ownership and room to make a real impact on how we grow A dynamic work environment where ideas are valued A chance to work with talented people who are passionate about building great games If you’re excited about finding great talent, creating meaningful candidate experiences, and helping build the future of Cypher Games, we’d love to meet you.
