It's this global reach and innovation that sets us apart. We are seeking an experienced and proactive Talent Acquisition Partner (Fintech) to join our global team. This role is ideal for a strategic recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth, dynamic environment and is passionate about identifying and attracting exceptional talent - across sales, account management and specialised technical positions. As a trusted partner to hiring managers, you will deliver end-to-end recruitment excellence while adapting to evolving business priorities. This is a unique opportunity where you will operate in a truly global setting, leading hiring across APAC, EMEA and LAC, recruiting top-tier talent in over 60 countries. WHAT YOU GET TO DO: Recruitment Strategy and Delivery - Lead global recruitment across functions and levels of seniority, partnering closely with stakeholders to understand team needs, workforce priorities and emerging talent gaps. - Design and execute creative sourcing strategies to build strong talent pipelines, using a mix of channels including social media, job boards, internal databases, and advanced search techniques such as Boolean logic and open web sourcing. Candidate Engagement & Pipeline Development - Own and drive strategic talent pipelining initiatives, proactively identifying, engaging, and cultivating relationships with top talent to anticipate future hiring needs and support long-term workforce planning. - Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through timely, meaningful feedback, reinforcing Paymentology’s reputation as an employer of choice. Stakeholder Partnership & Advisory - Act as a strategic hiring partner, translating business objectives into clear hiring strategies, role definitions and success profiles. - Leverage market intelligence, talent insights and data analytics to advise on industry trends, talent availability and competitor activity, enabling informed workforce decisions. - Design and implement structured, data-driven assessment frameworks and interview scorecards to ensure consistent, objective and high-quality hiring outcomes. Process, Tools and Projects - Optimise the use of recruitment systems and tools, including the ATS, to drive efficiency, enhance productivity, and enable scalable, high-quality hiring processes. - Leverage data, analytics, and market insights to identify trends, inform decision-making, and continuously improve sourcing strategies and hiring outcomes. - Own and deliver strategic recruitment initiatives that elevate hiring quality and manager capability, including interviewer training, process optimisation, and continuous improvement of Paymentology’s talent acquisition approach. REQUIREMENTS: - 8+ years of full-cycle, in-house recruiting in fast-paced and complex environments - Previous experience recruiting in Fintech and/or SaaS industries. - Proven track record in hiring for senior and specialist Sales and Account Management roles across global geographies (EMEA, APAC, LAC). - Proven ability to influence decisions, negotiate effectively, and build trusted partnerships across all levels of the organisation and with candidates. - Strong understanding of Boolean search, advanced sourcing techniques and open web sourcing strategies. - Experience in conducting competency-based interviews; formal training in structured or behavioural interviewing is advantageous. - Highly adaptable, resourceful, and able to manage multiple roles in a high-growth environment. - Customer focused with a
