Talent Acquisition Partner Our client is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to help build and scale exceptional teams. This role sits at the centre of a fast-paced, people-first organisation of approximately 1,000 employees, partnering closely with leaders across the business to deliver high-quality hiring at volume. You’ll play a key role in shaping their workforce, strengthening their culture, and ensuring an outstanding candidate experience across diverse roles.  Responsibilities Manage full end-to-end recruitment across operational, specialist, and head-office roles Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and advise on effective hiring strategies Deliver high-volume recruitment while maintaining quality and cultural alignment Proactively source candidates using creative, data-driven methods Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs Own the candidate journey from first contact through offer, including onboarding support Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns Ensure recruitment processes are compliant, efficient, and continuously improved Report directly to the HR Manager Requirements 3–5 years’ experience in in-house or agency recruitment, with  proven high-volume hiring exposure Demonstrated ability to manage multiple roles across different departments simultaneously Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Highly organised, structured, and calm under pressure Genuine passion for people, culture, and team building Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and modern sourcing tools Benefits A high-impact role within a large, diverse organisation Opportunity to influence and shape recruitment strategy, not just execute it Collaborative, people-driven culture Clear opportunity for growth and development within the HR team
